I’ve been trying natural remedies which have improved menses dramatically, no longer heavy, nor as painful. Should I still have hysteroscopy or other procedure done, or does the resolution of symptoms mean I’m OK?

I am 25 years old and it seems the older I get the more painful my periods get. I would like to find some natural remedies to help with my menstrual periods. Sometimes my cycles are heavy and other times its medium. I’ve cut down on my salt and sugar intake as well as my caffeine intake. In past I’ve tried Ibprofun and Midol and they don’t seem to work. I’m not willing to try birth control cause I’m not a believer in birth control. Are there any vitamins and/or supplements or herbs that would help with stomach cramps, irritability, sometimes heavy periods? I already take a multivitamin so is there a certain vitamin that could help?
