i am seeing a doctor on thursday. ill say that first.

i eat and with in a few minutes i start belching. i become very bloated and it is the only way to relieve the pressure. this problem can last up to an hour. bloating burpping, bloating burpping. its very uncomfortable and really gross.

i was wondering if there is any natural remedy i can take to help this problem?
